Tyler Brown joined the Longnecker & Associates team in 2007 and is a manager in Longnecker & Associates’ Houston Office. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Brown also managed the executive compensation program within Sysco Corporations human resources function from 2014 until rejoining the firm in 2016. Additionally, Mr. Brown is Compensation Committee Certified and holds a designation as a Professional in Human Resources in addition to currently being a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits Association and WorldatWork.
Ms. Craft is a Consultant in L&A’s Houston office. She joined the firm in 2016 and holds a BA in Statistics from Rice University. Ms. Craft performs market data analysis and benchmarking studies in support of executive compensation, board of director compensation and key employee compensation program reviews. She is a member of Houston Compensation & Benefits Association and WorldatWork.
Chris Crawford, president and co-founder of Longnecker & Associates, has over two decades of human resource management and consulting experience in private and public organizations. As the co-author of three books and technical contributor to five books on compensation, including the recently released, The Power of Restricted Stock, 3rd Edition, his reputation as an expert in the field of executive and board compensation is recognized at a national level. In addition, Mr. Crawford has authored and is featured in over two hundred articles on executive and employee compensation. Mr. Crawford’s experience serving on numerous of boards, and serving as a faculty member for WorldatWork and on the university level brings a fresh, honest perspective to the ever-changing corporate environment.
Chanel Denbo is a marketing coordinator in Longnecker & Associates’ Houston office. Joining the firm in 2010, she was the social networking and community events coordinator before taking on her current marketing role. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from LeTourneau University in 2010. Ms. Denbo’s responsibilities include management of the firm’s social media outlets, LBlast contact database, website, blog, newsletter, and job postings.
Megan Frommel joined Longnecker & Associates in 2014 and works in the Houston office as the marketing director. Her experience is in marketing, sales and business development. Her responsibilities include social media management, local conference and speaking engagement coordination, communication with Longnecker & Associates public relations firm, and management of the firm’s website, blog and newsletter. She is also responsible for community outreach and business development. Ms. Frommel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Texas A&M University.
Todd Henke joined the Longnecker & Associates team in 2007 and is a Director in L&A’s future Denver, Colorado office, opening April 2017.
Mr. Henke is a Certified Compensation Professional, Compensation Committee Certified and a member of WorldatWork. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Management from Texas Lutheran University. Prior to joining L&A, Mr. Henke was a mortgage banker for fifteen years and most recently, was the Executive Compensation Manager for Perrigo Company plc in the Grand Rapids area. Mr. Henke rejoins the L&A team with 10 years of executive compensation professional consulting and corporate management experience.
Ian Keas joined Longnecker & Associates in 2011 and is a director in the Denver office. Mr. Keas provides analytic consulting services for various organizations on compensation issues related to senior executive and director compensation programs, annual and long-term incentive plan designs, and Compensation Committee Charters and Compensation Discussion and Analysis disclosures. Mr. Keas graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Houston. He is also a member of WorldatWork, Houston Compensation & Benefits, Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association, and NACD Colorado.
Kevin Kuschel joined the Longnecker & Associates team in 2009 and is currently a managing partner in the firm’s Houston office. Mr. Kuschel is a Certified Compensation Professional and Compensation Committee Certified. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. Prior to joining Longnecker & Associates, he spent five years with Sysco Corporation in the human resources and HRIS departments. Mr. Kuschel is a member of Houston Compensation and Benefits Association and WorldatWork.
Kyle Lamport is a Consultant in Longnecker & Associate’s Houston office. Joining the firm in 2015, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Mr. Lamport leads market analysis and benchmarking studies in order to provide consulting services for executive and board of director compensation program reviews, as well as annual and long-term incentive plan reviews. Mr. Lamport is a member of Houston Compensation & Benefits Association and WorldatWork. He currently holds a Compensation Analyst Credential and is working on becoming Compensation Committee Certified.
Mr. Jordan Lee is a Consultant in L&A’s Houston office. He joined the firm in 2016 as a Consultant and holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University- Corpus Christ. Mr. Lee leads market analysis and benchmarking studies in support of executive compensation, board of director compensation and key employee compensation program reviews. He is a member of Houston Compensation & Benefits Association and WorldatWork.

Alissa Martin is a senior consultant for Longnecker & Associates. She holds a master in business administration from Daniel Webster College and a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics from the University of Houston. Her duties include data collection, analytics of market data and corporate financial data in order to provide compensation consulting for executive management and board of directors. Ms. Martin is also a member of Houston Compensation & Benefits and WorldatWork.
Ms. Mayo’s experience spans executive and board of director compensation, annual and long-term incentive plan design, change-in-control, employment agreements, and litigation support, among other topics. She is a Certified Compensation Professional with over two decades of compensation experience, including 16 years as the Sr. Director of Compensation for Brinker International. She has consulted extensively with public, private, and not-for-profit companies. In addition, Liz has experience in corporate human resources, with a specific emphasis on analytics and financial metrics analysis. Ms. Mayo volunteers time for several compensation non-profit boards and since 2007, she has served as a faculty member for WorldatWork and is their named subject matter expert on variable pay.
Stephanie Noman joined the Longnecker & Associates team in 2014. Mrs. Noman’s responsibilities involve community outreach opportunities, as well as being a part of our accounting team. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Sam Houston State University.
Mrs. Ruiz joined Longnecker & Associates in 2017 as Marketing & Design Manager. She specializes in Graphic Design with extensive experience in brand development, advertising and integrated marketing. She serves as brand manager and designer for all L&A marketing communications. Mrs. Ruiz holds a degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Houston.
Ms. Simmons manages the office administration, travel and internal logistics for Longnecker & Associates. Ms. Simmons assists in marketing initiatives and materials, while facilitating client mail-outs and invoicing. She joined firm in 2008 after 17 years in the healthcare industry.
Josh Whittaker is a senior consultant in Longnecker & Associate’s Houston office. He joined the firm in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Thomas Edison State College. He performs research of corporate financial data and records in order to provide analytic consulting for executive management and board of directors. Mr. Whittaker is a member of WorldatWork and Houston Compensation & Benefits.
Alicia Wilson is the controller and human resources administrator for Longnecker & Associate’s Houston office. She joined the firm in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Houston. She is also a member of the Texas Business Women’s Association and American Society of Women Accountants. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wilson was a chief financial officer for a real estate development and management company.
Mr. Wilson is a Consultant in L&A’s Houston office. He joined the firm in 2015 and holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership and a BS in Business Marketing from Liberty University. Mr. Wilson holds two accreditations, Compensation Committee Certified and Compensation Analyst Credential. He performs data collection and analytics of market data and corporate financial data to provide compensation consulting for executive management and board of directors.
